Team Leader Operative Purchasing Team Leader Operative Purchasing Nis, Serbia SpotLIGHT of the job Join our dynamic Operative Purchasing Team in Tridonic and take the lead in ensuring material availability, optimizing stock levels, and driving cost-saving initiatives. You'll manage supplier relationships, coordinate forecasts, and maintain SAP data accuracy while leading a team to deliver top performance. Responsibilities Take responsibility for material availability in allocated commodities and ensure optimised stock levels. Placement of material orders for allocated commodities and identified demands via SAP as individual and supporting other colleagues in team Operative Purchasing Team leading and coordination Control of order acknowledgements and follow up in case of nonconformities; Monitor goods incoming dates and escalate to suppliers in case of necessity Manage and permanently updating system (SAP) Optimise order quantity in accordance with demand situation Define ideal order quantity and optimise value via usage of best scale price quantities wherever applicable Push/Pull orders on a regular base in order to optimise stock level for respective commodities / purchase order releases and working closely with suppliers Create and manage forecasts and coordinate with suppliers and other internal teams Monitor operative purchasing KPI’s and assure continuous supplier performance and stock level improvements in cooperation with commodity team. Manage variances of orders, invoices and goods receipt, supporting WH Inbound process with right information in right manner, right time and right quality Maintain material master data, info records and source list within allocated commodity responsibility in close alignment with commodity team Working on Obsolete materials for further company cost saving Working on improvements to secure availability and save unnecessary costs Maintain standard freight costs / customs in SAP with the purpose to create full transparency with support of C&T department Support team on demand and need of team or LSC Manager in different business tasks Operative purchasing KPIs monitoring with LSC team and with proposing of needed actions for: Supplier OTD, Material Status Availability with main purchasing SAP t-codes, Inventory stock value, IDOH, OTD of FG and other performance measures Skills & Experience University degree Good communication and organizational skills Numeracy and literacy skills on high level / MS Office literacy medium to high level skill Language skills (fluent in written and spoken English) SAP/MRP and/or resource planning experiences are needed for this position Experience in operative purchasing / or production planning is must for this position Motivated team player ready to lead important processes and be part of significant story Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
