Responsibilities
Lead, support, and develop the HR Operations team, creating an environment where everyone can contribute, learn, and thrive. Ensure reliable, people-focused HR processes across the entire employee journey, while ensuring accurate and trustworthy employee data in our new HR system. Build and scale HR services as we expand to additional countries and regions, helping shape an inclusive and efficient service delivery model. Continuously improve processes, using feedback, data, and team insights to make HR services smoother and more accessible. Drive HR digitalisation, supporting system implementations, automation solutions, and new ways of working that make life easier for employees and managers. Collaborate closely with internal partners, strengthening communication and alignment across teams and regions.
Skills & Experience

Experience in HR with a focus on HR Operations and a genuine interest in creating smooth, people-centered processes. International mindset and ability to thrive in a global, multicultural environment. At least 3 years of experience in leading teams, with passion for supporting growth and fostering collaboration. Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to bring people together and keep projects moving forward. Fluent in English; German is a plus. Additional languages are welcome. Curiosity and openness to change, with an interest in digital tools and improving how we work.
