Responsibilities
Lead & develop : Guide the Austrian People Services team and foster ownership, collaboration, and professional growth. Labour law & compliance : Act as key advisor on employment matters — from contracts to terminations — and ensure compliant practices across Austria. Works council collaboration : Take the lead in negotiations and maintain a strong, constructive partnership with the Austrian works council. Mobility & policy design : Shape frameworks for international assignments, foreign hires, and remote work models. Data protection : Serve as functional lead for HR data protection globally, ensuring legal and organizational compliance. Process quality : Monitor and improve HR processes using KPIs and employee feedback. Project management : Drive HR initiatives such as working time arrangements, employee mobility, and contract lifecycle improvements.
Skills & Experience

University degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Several years of experience in legal or HR with strong employment law focus Expertise in labor law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks; first experience in global mobility is a plus HR experience is welcome but not a must – strong interest and motivation to grow into HR leadership is key Well-developed project management and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to engaging stakeholders Fluent in English and German with the ability to navigate international and intercultural contexts with ease
