Responsibilities Data management with the focus on THORNeco (TE) for Portfolio Europe & Portfolio Pazific, Trading Goods (TG) Data maintenance in our PIM (product Information Management) system to make digital product information available for our customers like: product description texts, assigning media data like photos, and adding technical and luminaire data gathered from our development departments & laboratories. Coordination of data from other departments in Europe and also Asia (electrical and photometric data from our laboratories) Working together with different departments at different locations (PIM team, master data team, Product Management, Project Management, Launch & Phaseout Management, R&D, sales Creation of texts describing products in close cooperation with Product Management. PDB areas (in the future Pimcore): article structure, product texts (at article and family levels), implementing needed operating modes, media data assignment (photo, videos) & dimensional sketches, installation instructions, technical data properties, geometry, weights, export flags to define products for target systems, electrical & photometry data, SAP areas: sales status (Phase In/ Phase Out), creation of sales views, article class, article type, sales status, changes to material short texts, SAP classification, FMC up-weights maintenance, article references Skills & Experience Very good spoken and written English Very good Excel knowledge and knowledge of handling large data quantities (spreadsheets) Advantageous: luminaire product knowledge & experience in working with SAP Analytical, concentrated way of working School-leaving qualification (higher-level commercial college, secondary school, vocational technical and training college etc.) What we offer Private Health Insurance Employee well-being and family support programs – private health insurance and various initiatives to support families and parenting.
