Learning Platforms & Technical Media Specialist role sits in the Education & Learning team as part of the Global Excellence Team in Lighting Brands Central Sales unit of Zumtobel Group. In this role, your main tasks is: responsibility for the operational management of learning, CRM, and web platforms, while providing technical media support for video, livestream, and hybrid learning formats at the same time. Your place of work is Zumtobel Group Light Forum in Dornbirn, Austria.
Responsibilities
Livestream, Video & Event Support - Support livestreams, video recordings, events, audio setups, and troubleshooting (first level support) Learning Management System (LMS) operations - Support lighting knowledge transfer through structured LMS courses and content. Maintain and update website content across countries, brands, and languages (Central Lighting Brands pages: Light Forum, Partner Hub, Light(s) on tour. ) Maintain and set up CRM campaigns, create related assets, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate connected tools and platforms. (Salesforce platform) Collect, consolidate, and report analytics for projects and stakeholders. Taking care of Technical Systems and Equipment (eg media equipment, sound equipment, …) Supporting big scale Zumtobel Group events outside of headquarters. What are the challenges you may expect: Coordinating information from multiple international stakeholders with varying levels of knowledge and understanding, ensuring alignment, clarity, and accuracy. Managing updates across multiple platforms (Websites, CMS, LMS, Salesforce) while ensuring consistency and accuracy. Maintaining clean and reliable event and training listings despite frequent last-minute changes (dates, links, levels, availability). Balancing routine maintenance tasks with ad-hoc support requests and urgent fixes. Working with structured data and reporting, where precision and attention to detail are essential. Supporting live events and video recordings, where technical issues must be solved quickly and calmly. Switching efficiently between administrative, technical, and coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment. Learning and adapting to new tools, systems, and processes over time.
Skills & Experience
Higher educational level in: technical engineering, IT, media, digital platforms (or high school with minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles or environment). Experience in working with digital platforms such as Website Content Management Systems, LMS or CRM systems. Experience in preparing basic reports or analytic summaries. Experience supporting digital or learning projects in an operational role. Experience working and coordinating with multiple teams or internal stakeholders. Deep understanding of digital topics. Proficiency level in German and English (any other language of advantage).
