If so, join Zumtobel Group as a Key Account Manager – Indoor in Norway . In this role, you will develop an existing client base while driving growth in indoor project sales by building strong relationships with electrical contractors, architects, consultants, and other key specification partners. You will play a central role in expanding our presence in the Norwegian market and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account development and sales management plans. Manage and grow a portfolio of key specification accounts, including architects, contractors, consultants, and engineers. Take ownership of your sales budget and deliver agreed sales, margin, and product mix targets. Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers to drive engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction. Work closely with colleagues locally, nationally, and internationally to deliver tailored customer solutions. Maintain a strong understanding of the Norwegian construction and lighting markets, including competitors and key market drivers. Adapt sales tactics to ensure sustainable and profitable growth. Take a hands-on, proactive approach to developing yourself and supporting others in all aspects of the role.
Skills & Experience

Experience in the lighting and/or smart building sector, ideally in a specification-based B2B sales role. Proven track record of success in account management and business development. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Commercially driven, self-motivated, and structured working style. Understanding of project-based sales environments within construction or related industries. Experience with using a CRM system would be considered as an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in the local language with strong English skills.
