Responsibilities Support the execution of month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with corporate standards and deadlines. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes, ensuring timely and accurate data submission to relevant systems. Prepare internal group and regional performance reports (e.g., sales reviews, channel profitability, brand performance). Perform ad hoc financial analyses on key business to support management decisions. Analyze and interpret business KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency in collaboration with management and cross-functional teams. Monitor country-level margin development and ensure compliance with the company’s Authorization Framework. Support business controlling for individual business segments, ensuring the integrity of financial data. Maintain clear and transparent process documentation to facilitate efficient audits and team collaboration. Skills & Experience We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all the requirements. University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Controlling or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), ideally within an international organization or Shared Service Center. Experience in Big4 audit or consulting is considered an advantage. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables). Working knowledge of SAP or other major ERP systems is a plus. Proactive, resilient, and team-oriented personality, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
