Our mission: We safely power your flight.   As a Administrator in Document Center you will: Your tasks Prepare and produce SB / offlog / module folder (Mappen) List and control all papers handed out to the shop by using the Doc Center checklist Check and control completeness of all folders (Mappen) returned from the shop Remind by mail about missing documents to be delivered to the Doc Center Remind by mail about missing visa to be done/given to the Doc Center Prepare all documents for the archive Printout engine OWD’s and prepare new folders and revisions Update tracking- and handover list Train and support new starters within the Doc Center Your Profile Apprenticeship 3 Years or equivalent Experienced in administrative work German C2 English A1 We offer We offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
